Next, cover the whole thing with a layer of rolled out light gray fondant 13. Cover the back half starting at the nose with the dark great fondant 13A. Cut out the shark fin, you'll want to leave it out so it can firm up toke sure it stays pointy once placed. 14. Hand roll out two small 'patties' out of whine fondant (about 2inches across) and place on dark great side on either side of the nose 15. Using a rolling pin, roll out a small amount of blue fondant (or whatever color you'd like your sharks eyes to be! Too of with a few/couple small white round sprinkles 16. Roll out two fat 'worms' out of the light gray fondant and place for the top of the eyes/brow 17. Cut a long rectangle of white (about 2in-10in) and cut out triangles for the teeth. Place teeth on the black using frosting as well. Place shark fin on the back. 18. Color some frosting blue and cover the cake dish or base around the cake. Using a long rolled out 'banana' shape in dark gray, cut it in half and tuck in to each side for side fins.
