How To Re-Energize In Minute
With all the change occurring around us constantly it’s easy to feel fatigued or even down. While we can’t control things like the economy or predict the future, we can create simple ways to re-energize ourselves during the course of the day to stay present & engaged in our lives. Start by setting a timer for 2 minutes and list as many things that you can think of that when you are experiencing or doing that, you just feel good; like nothing else in the world matters. The next time you start feeling low on energy, pick something on your list & do it.
