Taking long, hot showers

A long, hot shower feels good -- but it can be drying to sensitive skin, says Celeste Hilling, Skin Authority’s CEO and Founder. "Take quick, lukewarm showers because hot water can be damaging to skin when indoor air tends to be drier," she says. Apply a lotion as soon as you get out of the shower to seal in moisture and plump skin.
