Money gives a couple freedom to choose what they want to spend it on, and who wouldn't want that?

Life as newlyweds is filled with exciting moments, and what better way to capture them than with a new camera or camcorder? This gift is sure to come in handy while the lovebirds are vacationing in some tropical paradise or decorating a new home. For years to come, the photos and videos can be a reminder of the beautiful moments they have shared.

Kitchen appliances

While a blender may be an unimaginative gift, it's the kind of item that comes to mind while brainstorming ideas, and with good reason. Kitchen appliances are a necessity for any home. They're included in every wedding registry for a reason — couples want them.

An anniversary wine box is a really great idea! I think newlyweds normally get SO much kitchen stuff, but how often is that actually used? I'm all about money or a useful gift!

A cooking class is a GREAT idea! Make it for a few months after they're married - they'll have it to look forward to!
