If you have been selected as a winner for one of the SheKnows Contests and Giveaways, you will be notified via email. The email will include an Affidavit Form that needs to be filled out and returned as directed in the email. Please note you will be responsible for providing a copy of your driver's license to verify your identity and eligibility. This is to ensure that we are not giving your prize to someone other than you, since it is YOUR prize of course! All documentation must be received within 14 days of notification or another winner will be selected.
