October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and companies around the globe have created and designated certain products with proceeds from their sale going to various breast cancer awareness, research and support organizations. If you are shopping for fashion or beauty products this October, shop pink!

Clinique Butter Shine Lipstick - Ribbon Pink Clinique will donate $10 per Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion sold during the month of October. Also, $10 per Butter Shine Lipstick in Ribbon Pink sold during the month of October. Available at Sephora stores.

Year round, It Cosmetics donates 10% of net proceeds from all My Beautiful Breast kit sales to the Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation.

Jerrod Blandino, founder of Too Faced Cosmetics, and Betsy Olum, Senior Vice President of Sephora and breast cancer survivor, have collaborated to create a beautiful, limited edition eye shadow duo – Betsy Baby. Jerrod has committed to donating $3 per sale of this $17 shadow to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. In return, Betsy has personally committed to the same donation, as has Sephora – meaning that $9 per each shadow sold will be donated! $17, Sephora.

ADEA makers of lounge wear and lingerie are donating 10% of all October web sales to breast cancer. And for one year will donate 10% of all pink products sold.

Habitual denim has four styles of jeans all with the pink "H" for habitual which designates them as Breast Cancer Awareness items. Fifteen percent of each pair of denim purchased will be given to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Also available at Tobi.com.

Four dollars from each sale of the Aveda Breast Cancer Awareness Hand Relief to fund environmental research to help find a cure, with a maximum donation of $300,000.

Bobbi Brown will be donating $35,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in connection with the North American sales of Pink Ribbon Collection.

Bumble and Bumble will donate $1.00 from every can of Classic Hairspray sold online and Bumble and bumble NYC salons during September and October.

Marisa Acocella Marchetto has teamed up with C.O. Bigelow to create the Cancer Vixen Survival Kit that includes five of the top selling C.O. Bigelow products for $29.50 at Bath & Body Works stores, bathandbodyworks.com, and C.O. Bigelow Apothecary Stores. C.O. Bigelow is donating $250,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Donna Karan will donate $15,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in connection with the sales of the Limited-Edition Donna Karan Cashmere Mist Eau de Toilette Spray.

Estée Lauder is donating $500,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in connection to the sales of products in their Pink Ribbon Collection.

Murad is donating 10% of the retail price of their Energizing Pomegranate Lip Protector to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Available at Sephora.

Origins will donate $35,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in connection with the North American sales of their Peace of Mind On-the-spot relief.

Prescriptives will donate $30,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in connection the Super Line Preventor Xtreme.

New York & Company lip gloss New York & Company is donating $1 of each Spirited Pink Lip Gloss sold to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Bloomingdale's will be donating to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in conjunction with sales of a collection of pink products. The umbrella, LPC, and the pink bracelet will be available at Bloomingdale's stores across the country and on Bloomingdales.com. The tote is only available in Bloomingdale's stores.

Bobby Jones will be donating 20% of the retail price of their pink half zip Peruvian cotton pullover to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Come to any Macy's store in October and you can purchase a tote or pink ribbon key chain to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

2008 marks the milestone 10th anniversary for Save Lids to Save Lives, Yoplait's signature pink lid promotion. During the past 10 years, Yoplait has donated more than $19 million to the breast cancer cause. In September and October, special pink lids will top Yoplait yogurt cups, and for every lid saved and mailed in through December 31, 2008, Yoplait will donate 10 cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, up to $1.5 million with a guaranteed minimum donation of $500,000.

This is is great, but it needs to be updated. I still found it very useful.

It's going to be a busy month for Breast Cancer Awareness, that's for sure! 3-Day Walks this month are in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Atlanta. Many businesses have taken strides to increase Breast Cancer Awareness in the work place by giving employees custom Pink Ribbon pins like the ones found at www.PinkWings. Hope to see you out there! On Oct 3rd in Ohio I am going to be part of a womens vendor fair where procedes will go to breast cancer research. I am hoping that you would be interested in donating a product, something.....anything for our raffles. 100% of money from raffles are going to breast cancer research. For those that donate we will be hanging a thank you banner and each person that enters through the door will receive a print-out of websites that donated. This means free marketing for you.
