Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
Directions
- Mix everything together.
- Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet. Drop the mixture by tablespoon into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain.
