Try Zesty Brussels Sprouts.  They're served cold and have a sweet and savory dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2, 10 ounce containers Brussels sprouts, cut in half if big
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, in 1 inch boiling water, heat sprouts to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until sprouts are crisp-tender. Drain.
  2. In medium bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
