Zesty Barbeque Sauce has a touch of horseradish and is perfect for ribs or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
