Delicious pumpkin cake with oranges. Makes 2 two layerd 8-inch cakes.
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges with juice
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour 4 8-inch round cake pans.
- Mix together the pumpkin, cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges (with juice). Pour into the prepared pans.
- Bake, two at a time, for 30 minutes. Frost to your liking.
