Serve Yorkshire Pudding with a tender roast beef.  These are baked in muffin tins so everyone can enjoy a real classic.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, add milk and flour and beat thoroughly. Grease muffin tins. Pour mixture into tins, fill 1/2 full.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
