Yogurt Spinach Dip is a lightened version of a classic dip


  • 2 cups fat free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1, 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • assorted raw vegetables, crackers or uncut loaf of bread


  1. Mix yogurt, mayonaise, salt, sugar and mustard in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except raw vegetables. Serve with crackers or vegetables. Or spoon into a hollowed out bread loaf. Serve with bite size bread pieces.
