Yogurt Spinach Dip is a lightened version of a classic dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups fat free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1, 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- assorted raw vegetables, crackers or uncut loaf of bread
Directions
- Mix yogurt, mayonaise, salt, sugar and mustard in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except raw vegetables. Serve with crackers or vegetables. Or spoon into a hollowed out bread loaf. Serve with bite size bread pieces.
