- 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Arrange the chicken breast in a greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
