Yogurt Ambrosia is full of fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 red Delicious apple, diced
- 1 pear, peeled and diced
- lemon juice
- 2 navel oranges, sectioned
- 1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup pineapple yogurt
Directions
- Dip bananas, apple and pear in lemon juice; drain. Combine with orange sections in glass bowl. Chill for 1 hour. Fold in coconut and yogurt.
