Yogurt Ambrosia is full of fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 red Delicious apple, diced
  • 1 pear, peeled and diced
  • lemon juice
  • 2 navel oranges, sectioned
  • 1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup pineapple yogurt

Directions

  1. Dip bananas, apple and pear in lemon juice; drain. Combine with orange sections in glass bowl. Chill for 1 hour. Fold in coconut and yogurt.
