Yellow squash with Velveeta and green chiles.
- 6 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
- Boil the onion and squash until tender. Drain. Combine with the cheese and chiles and pour into a butter dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
