A simple brown sugar and coconut frosting for the Yellow Fruit Cake.


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup coconut


  1. Mix together the brown sugar, milk and margarine in a saucepan. Heat on medium for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add in the coconut and frost the cake.
