Frosty and creamy pineapple blended cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained and frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ounce gold rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
