Shorthand for ‘Hugs and Kisses,’ the X's & O's Cocktail is a delightful gin-based mixed drink made with sage, peas, blueberries and fresh lime juice.

Place the sage, pear syrup, pear and blueberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle to combine.
Fill the shaker with ice and then add the lime juice and the g’vine Nouaison.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then double strain into a tall cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish the drink with the raspberries and the blueberries, and then serve immediately.
