Refreshing, tangy, light and crunchy salad
- 1 cup ground fresh cranberries
- 1 cup ground Macintosh apples or other tart apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup finely chopped, toasted pecans
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
- Combine the cranberries, apples and sugar in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Stir together fruits with the mini marshmallows, pecans and cool whip.
