What makes a traditional Sidecar cocktail ‘winterized,’ is the addition of Pimm’s Winter spirit; a brandy-based winter warmer with notes of zesty orange and a mix of rich spices.

Ingredients

1-1/4 ounces Pimm’s Winter
3/4 ounce applejack
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce Cointreau
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon zest twist to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the lemon zest twist and then serve immediately.
