Stretch your intake of calories and alcohol by adding club soda to your favorite wine. For a tasty nonalcoholic drink, use grape juice, pineapple juice or even passion fruit juice in place of the wine.
- 6 oz club soda
- 6oz wine
- Half fill an 8 to 12 ounce glass with ice.
- Pour wine to fill glass halfway then fill remainder with club soda.
- Wine Cooler (or Fruit Juice Cooler)
- Follow directions for spritzer, replacing club soda with 7-Up (diet 7-Up, if you must)
