Quick and easy wilted spinach salad.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach, washed
- 5 green onions, chopped with tops
Directions
- Crisp the bacon in a large skillet. Mix in the vinegar, sugar and salt and heat on low until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and add in the onion and spinach. Toss until the spinach has wilted, about 1 minute.
