Slow cooked beef and wild rice dish.
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 (6.2 ounce) package fast cooking wild rice mix, prepared
- 1 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix together everything but the cheese in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir and top with the cheese. Cook for 15 more minutes.
