This is a sweet cocktail with rich flavor and herbal undertones. Enjoy a glass as a post-dinner digestive along with a shot of hot espresso.
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce Benedictine
- 1 ounce Calvados or Apple Brandy
- Cherry to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the cherry, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish the drink with the cherry and then serve immediately.
