This Benedictine-based cocktail makes quite the presentation with the floating egg yolk and the layered cream on the top.
- 1-1/2 ounces Benedictine
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 ounce Sweet Cream, softly whipped
- Grated Nutmeg
- Pour the Benedictine into a glass and then gently add the egg yolk to float.
- Spoon the sweet cream on the top of the drink and then garnish with some grated nutmeg; serve immediately.
