A rich and creamy blend of brandy, Galliano, creme de cacao, heavy cream and vanilla ice cream make this cocktail the ideal post-dinner dessert drink.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce Galliano
- 3/4 ounce light creme de cacao
- 1 -1/2 ounces heavy cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Ground nutmeg to garnish
Directions
- Pour all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with some ground nutmeg and serve immediately.
