A wonderful change from the usual, White Fudge is made with white, vanilla frosting.
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1, 15 ounce package Creamy White Frosting Mix
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Butter a loaf pan. Melt margarine in milk in top of a double boiler. Stir in dry frosting mix until smooth. Heat over rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in nuts.
- Remove from heat and spread mixture in prepared pan. Cool until firm and cut into squares.
