- 1 cup semi white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- Put the white chocolate chips and the half-and-half into a saucepan, and place over low heat.
- Stir the mixture continuously for about 2 minutes or until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is thoroughly blended. Use the ganache immediately.
