This white chocolate ganache creates a beautiful and slightly glossy frosting for your favorite cakes, cookies and cupcakes.


  • 1 cup semi white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half


  1. Put the white chocolate chips and the half-and-half into a saucepan, and place over low heat.
  2. Stir the mixture continuously for about 2 minutes or until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is thoroughly blended. Use the ganache immediately.
