A creamy and sweet white chocolate and pecan fudge.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) package almond bark, melted
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, slowly mix in the sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 8-inch pan. Chill until firm before cutting into squares.
