White Chocolate Fondue

This is great for dipping fruit or pieces of a pound cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavey cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 oz white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a pot heat cream until it simmers.
  2. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  3. Stir in chips.
  4. Stir and simmer until smooth.
  5. Pour into a Fondue Pot.
  6. Serve.
