A creamy whiteout cherry daiquiri blended cocktail.
- 2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup pitted, white cherries, semifrozen
- 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 3 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces kirsch
- Juice of 2 limes
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
