White Bean Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 sprig rosemary, chopped
  • 5 sage leaves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a pot on the stove add olive oil, onions, and garlic.
  2. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add beans, rosemary and sage simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from stove.
  5. Carefully pour ingredients in a blender.
  6. Blend on meduim until the you have the consistency you desire.
  7. Chill and serve.
