Ingredients
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 sprig rosemary, chopped
- 5 sage leaves, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a pot on the stove add olive oil, onions, and garlic.
- Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add beans, rosemary and sage simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from stove.
- Carefully pour ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on meduim until the you have the consistency you desire.
- Chill and serve.
