Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon vanlla extract
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Directions
- Mix together the egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla. Stir in the water.
- Beat with a mixer on medium for 4 minutes or until thick and creamy.
