Whipped creamy white cake frosting.

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanlla extract
1/4 cup boiling water

Directions

Mix together the egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla. Stir in the water.
Beat with a mixer on medium for 4 minutes or until thick and creamy.
