This recipe makes a generous cup of Whipped Honey Butter. Store in a crock in the frig and spread it wherever you need a bit of sweetness.
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat butter until fluffy; beat in honey and cinnamon until blended. Spoon butter mixture into a small crock or bowl. cover and refrigerate.
- Remove honey butter from refrigerator, about 30 minutes before serving, to allow to soften slightly for easier spreading.
