Easy, slow-cooked hamburger and macaroni dinner.
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons diced green bell pepper
- 4 cups sligtly cooked macaroni
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated American cheese
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
