Slice up some pineapple and enjoy this fresh sandwich.
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mayonnaise
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 4 slices honey deli ham
- 1 slice fresh or canned pineapple
- Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of each slice bread. Layer 1 slice bread with spinach, ham and pineapple. Cover with remaining slice bread, mayonnaise-side-down.
