A perfect summertime treat, watermelon lemonade, sure to be a hit.
- 3 cups watermelon, chopped and seeded
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 4 1/2 cups water
- Blend the watermelon and corn syrup until pureed. Strain to remove any extra seeds.
- Mix together the lemon juice and sugar in a large pitcher, until the sugar has dissolved. Pour in the water and puree. Serve over ice.
