Watermelon Lemonade

A perfect summertime treat, watermelon lemonade, sure to be a hit.


  • 3 cups watermelon, chopped and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups water


  1. Blend the watermelon and corn syrup until pureed. Strain to remove any extra seeds.
  2. Mix together the lemon juice and sugar in a large pitcher, until the sugar has dissolved. Pour in the water and puree. Serve over ice.
