Bacon and liver wrapped water chestnut appetizer with Hot Engligh mustard dip.


  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
  • 6 thin slices of bacon, halved
  • 6 chicken livers, halved
  • Hot English mustard


  1. Wrap each chestnut in liver and then in a slice of bacon. Secure using a toothpick.
  2. Broil until the bacon has cooked, and then serve with the mustard.
