Walnut and zucchini skillet.
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 4 cups zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine 1 tablespoon of margarine and the walnuts in a skillet. Heat until the walnuts are browned. Remove from the skillet.
- Add the remaining margarine and zucchini to the skillet. Saute the zucchini until softened. Stir the walnuts back in and season to taste.
