Ingredients

  • 3 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 4-3/4 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to mixture, until well blended.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the top of loaf springs back when lightly pressed.
