Ingredients
- 3 cups pumpkin puree
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4-3/4 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to mixture, until well blended.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the top of loaf springs back when lightly pressed.
