  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 2 cups ice cubes, about 12 cubes


  1. Peel the banana and place into a blender along with the crushed pineapple, orange juice and ice.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and then pour into 4 glasses and serve.
