This summer cocktail has both intense flavor and color; garnish with raspberries and blueberries for extra flare.


  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 4 wedges lime, juiced
  • 2 ounces Bacardi Razz
  • 1/4 ounce Chambord
  • 1/4 ounce blue Curaçao
  • 1 splash club soda
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Raspberries and blueberries, for garnish


  1. Place the mint in a tall glass and crush with a muddler.
  2. Add the sugar and the lime juice to the glass, stir to combine, and then add the Bacardi, Chambord, and blue Curaçao. Stir once more and then top with the soda.
  3. Garnish the cocktail with some mint, raspberries and blueberries.
