A rich Italian aperitif made from a blend of roots, herbs, citrus and caramel, enjoy Averna Amaro combined with fresh lime juice and ginger ale in this tasty cocktail.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 ounces Averna Amaro
chilled ginger ale
lime wheel to garnish

Directions

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice and then tuck the lime wheels into the glass.
Add the fresh lime juice and the Averna Amaro to the glass, and then top with the chilled ginger ale. Serve immediately.
