Versatile Six Week Muffins may be refrigerated, covered, for up to 6 weeks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1, 15 ounce box Raisin Bran cereal
  • 5 teaspoons soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 1 cup margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk and margarine, mixing well. Fill lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
