Versatile Chili goes great over spaghetti or rice.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1, 12 ounce can tomato paste
- 12 ounces water
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans pinto beans
- cooked rice or spaghetti
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients in pot and brown. Add remaining ingredients except for the beans. Simmer 1-2 hours.
- Add beans and cook until beans are hot. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
