Venison Loaf is a treat for hunters.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground deer meat
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- water to dampen bread crumbs
Directions
- Dampen bread crumbs with water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees F.
