A bowl of Venison Chili will warm a hunter's insides. 

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground venison
  • 3 large bell peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 gallon stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 1 gallon kidney beans
  • hot peppers to taste

Directions

  1. Brown meat. Add vegetables and spices. Simmer on top of the stove over a low heat or over a camp fire for about 4 to 6 hours.
