A bowl of Venison Chili will warm a hunter's insides.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground venison
- 3 large bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 gallon stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans chili beans
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 gallon kidney beans
- hot peppers to taste
Directions
- Brown meat. Add vegetables and spices. Simmer on top of the stove over a low heat or over a camp fire for about 4 to 6 hours.
