The Venezuelan Snowball, or ‘Coctel Pelota de Nieve’ is a light and frothy beverage made from a blend of gin, white créme de menthe, Parfait Amour and cream. Serve at a cocktail party or enjoy as an after dinner drink.


  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce white créme de menthe
  • 1 ounce Parfait Amour
  • 1 ounce cream


  1. Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared glass and serve immediately.
