The Venezuelan Snowball, or ‘Coctel Pelota de Nieve’ is a light and frothy beverage made from a blend of gin, white créme de menthe, Parfait Amour and cream. Serve at a cocktail party or enjoy as an after dinner drink.
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce white créme de menthe
- 1 ounce Parfait Amour
- 1 ounce cream
- Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared glass and serve immediately.
