Cheese sauce with a little punch.


  • 1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk
  • 2 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. Bring the milk to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Heat on low until the cheese has melted.
