Cheese sauce with a little punch.
- 1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk
- 2 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Bring the milk to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Heat on low until the cheese has melted.
