Slow cooked veggie and beef soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can ready to serve beef broth
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, chopped, undrained
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup uncooked quick cooking barley
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
