Slow cooked veggie and beef soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can ready to serve beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, chopped, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup uncooked quick cooking barley

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
